UBC Two building 280,000 sq ft 6 storey

Successes
- Completion of phase 1 was 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
- Awarding of phase 2
UBC was an excellent project with an organized GC. Workers on site peaked at over 60 AFS personnel. I would highly recommend doing work with Ventana Construction and look forward to future partnerships.
Bailey 60,000 sq ft 6 storey
